Macworld is giving iOS developers the chance to gain business development advice and technical training along with networking opportunities at a one-day conference to be held during Mobile World Congress.

Macworld Mobile, which takes place on 17 February, will feature a number of global developers and will address app development strategies, platform segmentation covering the iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad) along with nuances in working with Apple and navigating the app store approval and leveraging unique iOS platform features.

A keynote speech will be delivered by Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio, the firm that created Angry Birds.

Those registering for the event will also get full access to Mobile World Congress, which takes place in Barcelona from 14-17 February, along with entry into App Planet, the GSMA Seminars and My MWC. Registration costs €649 (£547, $875).
