As part of the deal, three TV-on-a-Mac bundles are being put together: the TVMini with Toast Basic (£69.95), TVMini with Toast 7 Titanium (£109), and TVMax with Toast 7 Titanium (£209).
The combined products let users watch, pause, record and rewind their favourite shows and movies on a Mac and then edit, share and burn the selected content onto CD and DVD using Toast.
All three new bundles are available from MacWarehouse, Computer Warehouse and other Mac resellers in the UK.
Discussing the deal, Sonic Solutions VP John Newman says: "Toast is the only burning software designed to work seamlessly with the leading TV recording solutions for the Mac OS and we are extremely pleased to expand our relationship with Miglia to provide their customers with this award-winning digital media application."
Miglia CEO, Simon Ellison, says his company is "always keen to work along side other companies who deliver high quality, industry-leading technologies".
