Orange is keeping quiet over reports that the company has secured Apple's iPhone for distribution in France.
A report on France's Le Figaro today claimed Orange (the mobile arm of France Telecom) to have clinched the iPhone deal for its home country.
But Orange wouldn't be drawn by the report: "Orange has no comment to make on the rumors about the iPhone," a spokeswoman told Reuters.
Le Figaro speculates that Orange could launch the device in France shortly after Apple Expo Paris next month.
The report claimed the company to have secured an initial run of 50,000 units, and that the compay may work with high street retailers to increase its distribution for the device.
