New Zealand Apple Computer distributor Renaissance plans to buy a local creative design technology training provider Natcoll in a $NZ6 million deal.
The move will improve Renaissance's offering to its creative customers, expanding its reach into training for education and the creative industries.
Natcoll offers course in multimedia, graphic design, web development, animation and video post production. It also offers senior secondary school curriculum courses.
Natcoll was founded in 1997 and has 118 staff.
