More evidence of Apple's resurgence emerged with news of Foxconn's financial results for November this week.

One of Apple's manufacturing partners, Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry), returned record revenue for the fifth month running in November, recording a 44.6 per cent increase in revenue, year-on-year.

Strong iPod nano shipments and impressive iPhone sales contributed to the results, as did continued demand for the PlayStation 3, which the company manufactures for Sony.

The Taiwanese firm saw the first 11 months of 2007 generate in excess of NT$1.09 trillion, making Foxconn the first firm in the country to see revenues climb above the NT$1 trillion mark.
