Apple's iPhone attracted yet more support at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week, when an expert's panel praised the device for delivering the kind of user experience consumers crave.

The panel agreed that the best recent innoation in user experience in the mobile phone industry came from Apple, with panel member and Adobe marketing chief Anup Muraka discussing a study in which 77 per cent of iPhone usees said they were "very satisfied" with the user experience.

The panel agreed that iPhone represents a model for mobile operators to follow, but couldn't agree on how to do just that, according to the EE Times.

They agreed the existing user experience on most mobiles to be lacking, with only Apple so far being able to generate the kind of loyalty and usage seen by happy iPhone users.
