HP has extended its trade-in deal on printers - it now includes monochrome and colour products in its business-printer range.
This means that customers purchasing an HP colour laser-printer will receive a discount of up to 20 per cent if they trade in their old printer. Old printers will be accepted against the purchase regardless of technology or brand. The deal extends until December 31, 2001.
The offer extends to customers purchasing only HPs business colour and monochrome printers. Models available under the deal include the LJ4100, LJ4550, LJ8150, LJ8550 and LJ9000. These normally cost £1,019, £1,740, £1,999, £3,955 and £2,780 respectively - so HPs discount could be worth as much as £556.
