Adobe Systems has announced the winners of the 2010 MAX Awards. The winners received their awards Tuesday night at MAX 2010 in Los Angeles in a ceremony hosted by iconic actor William Shatner.
Now in its eighth year, the MAX Awards is billed as a global program highlighting innovative uses of Adobe software and technology to create high-impact enterprise, social computing, entertainment, and digital-publishing applications that reach customers across multiple computing platforms and screens.
This year, hundreds of entries were received from business, creative, and application development professionals worldwide.
The top 18 entries across six categories were identified as finalists by a panel of Adobe judges and industry experts.
In an online voting event open from Oct. 11-26, 2010, the public voted for their favourite finalists.
