Apple has published the latest in its series of Aperture-using pro-photographer profiles.
This report looks at the work of sports and fashion photographer, Mark Newton, who thinks Aperture, "puts you in charge of the image."
“At this end of the market, the images obviously have to be very high quality but you also need something extra. People are looking for something very creative - for the ‘stand out’ factor - and I feel Aperture gives that to me”.
The report examines how Newton uses the software, explaining that he travels with his MacBook Pro notebook to stay productive on location.
The photographer is full of praise for the software and its archiving, editing, and processing tools. "Aperture gives you peace of mind on location," he explains.
