FileMaker has released FileMaker Server 9.ov2 for Windows and Mac, a maintenance release which addresses some significant flaws.
Issues corrected include a bug when running on Mac OS X in which the FileMaker Server Web Publishing Engine would stop responding after running for approximately five days.
Another problem fixed is one which would have caused PHP web publishing to stop working correctly on or after 7 October, 2007.
The update also implements several security enhancement and addresses another bug in which records could accidentally be deleted against a user's command.
The update is available now for free to Mac and Windows users of FileMaker Server 9.0.
