Flight cost comparison website CutTheCosta.com today launched a downloadable route search application for Macs.
The software joins the company's existing flight search applications for Windows and Linux. The database offers Mac users accurate, fast flight search for multiple routes, including China. It covers 253 operators using 2,150 airports in 204 countries.
The site has also introduced a travel news facility,including an article on safety issues when flying in Africa with African carriers, with the Kenyan Airways disaster highlighted, and on a lighter note a story of a traffic jam in India caused by a Boeing 737 stuck on a road in Mumbai.
