The race to release Leopard updates for third party applications continues.

EMC has released Retrospect 6.1.138, an update to its backup software for the Mac which makes the veteran archiving software Leopard compatible. The update is required for full system restores, the company warns.

XtraLean Software has introduced the Leopard and iLife 08 compatible ImageWell 3.3. The new version of the free image editor also offers Aperture compatibility, Russian localization and a new "Favorites" feature, plus more. ImageWell is also available as a paid upgrade which unlocks application "Xtras.".

The new Favorites feature lets users save draw objects and their attributes, including colour, drop shadow, transparency, fonts, and more.

Stairways Software has released OneStep Solutions has introduced version 2.9.3 of both its WorksWell and DrawWell products for Mac OS X Leopard. These updates also fix a few bugs and add new keyboard shortcuts, better spell checking and extended find, and many additional table layout features in WorksWell.

BeLight Software has shipped Live Interior 3D 1.4.1, ushering in Leopard support for its easy-to-use 3D design software. The update is being made available free to registered users.

Finally, Intriguing Development has announced iRemember 2.1.1, an update to its digital scrapbook software for Mac OS X. iRemember 2.1.1 is a free update incorporating bug fixes, performance enhancements and support for Leopard.

iRemember is a simplified page layout application designed to turn a user's digital photos into memories by preserving them as personalized scrapbooks.
