Macs remain essential to the arsenal of gigging musicians, the latest Apple profile report confirms.
The company this morning published a short interview with Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly – the stage name of 21-year-old singer/songwriter Sam Duckworth.
Duckworth talks about his music and stresses the part Apple's professional music-making application, Logic, plays in his work.
“Logic is quick, easy and immediate”, he says. “The song can grow around my initial framework. It’s not like some applications where you hit a wall of limitation, the things I can do are endless," Duckworth explains for the report.
The musician also praises Macs for stability, and is particularly keen on Logic's built-in virtual instruments – which effectively let him tote a Hammond organ with him between gigs – in his backpack.
