equinux has introduced its forthcoming iSale 5 application at Macworld Expo.

The new version of the auction-management software offers a new research assistant to help users assemble product descriptions, picture themes, a template editor and the ability to manage multiple auction libraries. iSale 5 also offers a new user interface.

The Web Research plug-in helps the assistant to collect article information from various websites, as well as other eBay auctions. The research assistant can also import information from FileMaker and Delicious Library.

Anyone who wants to let contacts know about any upcoming auctions, can post running auctions on their Facebook profile. The software also supports iCal.

iSale 5 ships at the end of January and costs $39.95.
