John Nack on Adobe reports on his blog that the Retouch Artists Photoshop Speed Test is being updated to a new version (2.0) shortly and are seeking beta testers both to test the action and to provide times for the site’s baselines.
Testers need to have standard stock configuration of current Apple machines.
According to the James Alexander, the man behind the tests, the speed test have become a benchmark for gauging your machine's Photoshop performance.
The tests have been used by Barefeats, Apple (Poland) and PC Magazine (Turkey), as well as having been featured in Martin Evening's 'Photoshop for Photographers' books.
Those interested in taking part can send an email with your system specs to James Alexander.
