Power Manager 3.6 software helps homes and Mac networks save money on electricity bills and reduce power consumption.
The software, developed by DssW, can schedule individual and larger installations of Mac to save power. A free 30-day demonstration version of the software is available for trial.
The application can be used to automatically schedule Macs for: Start-up; Wake from Sleep; Sleep; Fast User Switching; Loggin-out; Shutdown and restarts.
The new version offers an improved user interface, AppleScript support and new Automator actions. Power Manager's System Preference now support importing and exporting of complete schedules, and copying and pasting of events. New drag-&-drop support provides a simple way of sharing schedule details.
New Automator actions include those to cancel, delay, and Quick Schedule events; start and stop the scheduler; get the next pending event; and filter events by name, type, or action.
The release also includes numerous bug fixes, the software costs €20.
