Kodak has announced the DX4900 Zoom digital camera.
This four-megapixel model can capture images capable of being enlarged up to 50-x-75cm, and features an advanced digital zoom 4x zoom (2x optical, 2x digital) and has 8MB of internal memory for storing between 20 and 80 pictures.
Other features include three sharpness modes, as well as colour, sepia and black-&-white modes. It offers manual focus settings for landscapes or close-ups and a burst mode for high-speed sequence shooting.
The DX4900 uses Kodak Picture Software. The software’s One Touch to Better Pictures colour-matches images and changes printer driver settings to optimize print outs. It ships from the end of March for £340 (excluding VAT).
