The organizer of the UK MacExpo 2004 event has opened the doors for pre-registration for attendees, offering free tickets to the first 5,000 to sign up.
The event takes place at Islington's Business Design Centre, and exhibition space is selling out. The show has been well-received by the Mac community every year since inception. Read Macworld's extensive collection of news stories from last year's event here.
MacExpo 2003 attracted 100 exhibitors and 22,844 attendees. The organizers’ own figures show that "over 73 per cent" of attendees actually purchased at the event, and 93 per cent intended to spend after having visited the event.
MacExpo 2004 promises an extended conference programme with hands-on sessions; dedicated iPod, digital audio and making music areas; and improvements in other features of the show designed to build on its already respected reputation.
