Adobe is sponsoring the Young Creatives Competition at the 2001 Cannes International Advertising Festival, held from June 17 to 23 in France.
This is the 48th Cannes Advertising Festival. It will showcase award-winning campaigns from Web, print and broadcast media.
The Young Creatives Competition sees pre-selected teams from 33 countries given 48 hours to create a print advert and an accompanying Web site or Web banner for an international non-profit organization.
The teams are encouraged to use applications from the Adobe Web collection, which includes GoLive, LiveMotion, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
The print adverts will be submitted to the Press & Poster Jury, while the Web designs will be judged by the Cyber Lions Jury. The winner will feature in Time Magazine and on Adobes' Web site.
