Apple plans to expand Macs sales in Brazil.
Mac OS X 10.2 has just been launched in the country to compete with the equivalent Windows offering of XP.
According to SABI (South American Business Information), the company is marketing its brand aggressively by offering discounts on iMac and iBook models to lure students and teachers in Brazil.
There will also be the offer of courses to those who purchase Apple hardware.
Apple will launch XServe Apple's rack-mount server in the country, aiming it at the corporate market.
