Apple has accused a minor Korean music player maker of copying its iPod designs.
The company has accused South Korea's fifth-biggest MP3 player maker, Lops, of copying the design of its iPod mini in two of its players, the Jock and Iops Z3, according to The Korea Times.
Apple wants both products removed from the market. It also demands compensation for lost sales and that Lops publish an apology in at least two daily newspapers in South Korea.
The Korean firm says it has too much invested in its new products and so "cannot overlook or give up this business easily".
