Apple has released fresh Security Updates for Mac OS X 10.2.8 and Mac OS X 10.3.
These are available using the Software Update feature of the OS, and can also be downloaded from Apple's Web site.
The OS X 10.3 update – Security Update 2004-04-05 – "delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Mac users," the company says. Updated software includes: CUPS Printing; libxml2; Mail and OpenSSL. It weighs in at 3.7MB and is intended for both client and server Macs.
The update for Mac OS X 10.2.8 "delivers a number of security enhancements and is recommended for all Macintosh users". It also updates CUPS Printing. This update also incorporates one released on January 26, which improves Apache, Classic and Directory services, among other features. This 4.8MB update is also for both client and server systems.
