Apple is holding its annual shareholders meeting on April 19, at the company's headquarters in Cupertino, California.
The company's board of directors will be elected at the meeting. There will also be an amendment to the 1998 Executive Officer Stock Plan, increasing the number of shares available to offer executives by 5,000,000.
The meeting will also confirm the appointment of KPMG as independent auditors of the company for fiscal year 2001.
Only shareholders who held stock at the close of business on February 21 are entitled to attend.
