Apple is running a survey among users of its Apple Support website.

Site visitors are being presented with a message at the top of the Support pages inviting them to take part in the short, three-page survey.

Apple asks what product users are looking for help with, how long they have owned that product and whether they possess an AppleCare Protection Plan for that product.

Users are also asked whether the resources available on Apple's support pages were able to help them solve their problem. Users can then rate their experience on the Support pages.
