Aspyr Media has released a demo version of its recently released shoot-em-up adventure, American McGee's Alice.
Built on the Quake III engine, the action is set in Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland. All the events take place in the mind of Alice, who is suffering psychological terror.
The full working version costs £34 and is compatible with Mac OS 8.6 or later. It's also Carbonized for Mac OS X. It requires CarbonLib 1.0.x or later.
The demo is a whopping 81MB download, and is available from Aspyr. The title requires a 400MHz or better PowerPC Macintosh equipped with 148MB RAM and hardware-based 3D acceleration.
