Belkin has announced the first in its new Switch2 range of Mac peripherals: the Switch2 for Mac Mini.

The device ($49.99) is the is first solution designed to share one monitor, keyboard, and mouse between the Mac mini and a second computer. The company explains that its new Mac mini-matching design makes it ideal for use with Apple's entry-level computer.

The device has touch-sensitive buttons to help make it fast and easy to switch computers, eject a CD, and adjust volume. Users can also connect their speakers to Switch2 and use them with both computers without unplugging and reconnecting them each time they change.

The product supports all Mac keyboards and function keys, including the built-in mouse hub on Mac keyboards. It includes touch-sensitive buttons to control volume and eject disks for Mac.
