BETT 2004 will take place at London's Olympia from January 7-10, show organizers have announced.
BETT is the UK's pre-eminent ICT in Education show, and regularly features major demonstrators by education-focused vendors – including Apple. BETT is also the favoured launch pad for new UK government initiatives for IT in education.
Apple will exhibit again at BETT 2004. In recent years, the company has used the event to demonstrate products announced at Macworld Expo San Francisco for the first time in the UK. Macworld Expo San Francisco runs from January 5-9.
BETT 2003 attracted 24,000 visitors and 500 exhibitors. Last year, secretary of state for education and skills Charles Clarke delivered a keynote speech in which he discussed the government's vision to ensure learners at all ages had access to technology.
The show is now accepting pre-registrations.
