Key UK educational technology show, BETT 2006, takes place between January 11-14, and 2006's tech-in-education revolution will be televized.

National TV channel Teachers' TV will film every day of the Olympia-hosted show and is to broadcast a dedicated programme each day.

Visitors will be able to watch the programmes within specially designated areas at the event or when they get home on the TV. The show will also be broadcast online.

The BETT Report Programme, presented by Hermione Cockburn, will feature highlights from the four-day conference and the BETT Award winners. The programme will be part of a week of dedicated ICT programming to be screened on the channel.

Teachers' TV CEO Nigel Dacre, said: "This is an exciting collaboration and the first time BETT will be filmed for programmes on digital television. Teachers' TV has included an extra programme in the schedule which will form part of the Teachers' TV's week of ICT programming, meaning that anyone interested in educational ICT will be able to benefit from BETT 2006, even if they can't make it to the conference."

The annual event frequently hosts Apple's first UK showing of new products launched at Macworld Expo, San Francisco.
