MacSoft will announce a host of new games at Macworld Expo, San Francisco. The company will sell the first copies of Unreal Tournament for the Mac during the show.
MacSoft will also be sponsoring a US National Macintosh gaming championship – some UK readers are expected to register with US ISPs in order to participate in the event, perhaps even using a non-BT phone company to reduce the cost of those transatlantic calls.
Also enjoying their first public ‘screening’ will be Rainbow Six and Civilization: Call to Power, along with a dozen, currently-unannounced productivity and game titles. Cindy Swanson, marketing manager for MacSoft, said: " We will display some of MacSoft’s greatest ever software titles under one roof."
Full Macworld Expo coverage will be available in the February issue of Macworld, available from mid-January.
