Popular genealogy application for Mac OS X, MacFamilyTree, has been updated to version 4.3.

The new release features a completely new diagrammatic structure (Genogram) that shows more branches, such as brothers and sisters, relationships, and children. Minor stability and usage improvements have also been applied in this release.

The application is capable of printing family trees according to set templates, publishing the information online and burning to CD.

MacFamilyTree ($49) is a Universal binary application and is the only genealogy application on Mac OS X that fully supports unicode, the company claims.

A demo version of the application is available to download (direct download link).
