Hewlett-Packard has announced its first DeskJet printer designed specifically for the Mac.
The DeskJet 935C has all the features of the DeskJet 932C printer, but sports a grayish-white industrial design casing, with silver "accents".
As with all of HP's DeskJet 900 series printers, the 935C has a photo mode option, which prints 2,400-x-1,299 dpi on photo paper. Its "everyday" print speeds on any paper are 9ppm in black, and 7.5ppm in colour.
It has a fold-up paper tray, automatic print-cartridge alignment, manual print-cancel button, and low-ink warning indicator. It ships with ArcSoft Photo Suite, which includes PhotoStudio, PhotoBase and MegaStitch.
In the US it is expected to ship in early spring, for around $199. UK pricing and availability has not yet been announced.
