Accidentally-leaked information suggests Google plans to launch a new service offering consumers a way to store al their data on the Web.
A Reuters report declares that the service - GDrive -would create a mirror image of the data on a users hard dirve. Information about the service was spotted within a slide presentation that was briefly available on Google's website, it claims.
Reuters claims the slide said: "With infinite storage, we can house all user files, including emails, Web history, pictures, bookmarks, and make it accessible from anywhere (any device, any platform)."
Copies of the presentation were captured by bloggers and shared across the Internet, the report claims. The presentation has now been removed from Google's website.
