Griffin Technology has announced a range of iPod cases, with new cases scheduled for release later this year.
"Our goal is to take the appearance and functionality of iPod cases to a whole new level in the marketplace. We've focused on combining the highest quality materials and top-of-the-line craftsmanship with our trademark design philosophy," said Paul Griffin, founder of Griffin Technology. "We plan to lead the trends of the season, not follow them."
Launching the range, the company has released cases for the 30GB and 60GB video iPod and iPod nano. Prices are set between £13 and £33.50 in the UK (all quoted prices include VAT).
The range includes:
For the iPod nano, the Trio three-in-one leather cases are available in multiple colours (£16.79). The interchangeable covers give you three different style options to carry your nano. A synthetic grey case is also available for £13.42.
iPod video owners can consider Griffin's new Vizor case. These cases have a secure closure and carrying clip. All the iPod features are accessible when the player is in the flip cover case. A range of these cases is available, including ones made of leather (£16.72) and synthetic (£13.42) materials.
Both breeds of supported iPods now also have a new hard clear case choice from Griffin, called iClear. These are polycarbonate cases designed to offer maximal protection against damage while leaving all the iPods features freely accessible.
Griffin has also introduced its Tempo armbands for the iPod nano (£16.72) and iPod video (£33.49).
Griffin products are available in a number of high street stores such as PC World, WH Smiths and John Lewis. To find the nearest supplier customers should contact UK distributor, AM Micro.
