Apple's rock-star new iMac will be making its public debut across the UK in a series of 'iMac G5 Discovery Days' at Apple resellers across the UK.
The iPod-inspired, all-in-one desktop – which Apple's worldwide product marketing chief, Phil Schiller, expects many will ask, "hey, where's the computer?", because the computer is integrated into the monitor - begins its UK tour on September 25.
"You need to see the new iMac with your own eyes to fully appreciate the elegance and simplicity that Apple has brought to the industry with the third-generation of its massively-popular consumer desktop."
An escort of fully-trained Apple representatives will be on hand to show Mac users the new machine, which is certain to be in short supply initially, at least in the UK market.
iMac G5s will be on show across the UK in: Alfreton, Birmingham, Brentford, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Croydon, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kingston upon Thames, Lakeside, Leicester, London, Manchester, Tewkesbury and Warrington.
Tour dates, times and additional detail is available on Apple's site.
