Apple could be interested in reaching a Sirius deal, it seems.
The New York Post Online (registration required) reports that Apple CEO Steve Jobs and Sirius Satellite Radio CEO Mel Karmazin have had discussions about working together.
The revelations come from a speech from the satellite radio firm's chief financial officer David Frear yesterday.
He described radio and music player features as complementary technologies, and confessed Sirius would be interested in working with the iPod maker.
However, "I'm not sure it's likely to happen," he warned.
