He's done it again. Apple's Steve Jobs is Forbes top rated CEO this month, with a massive 95 per cent – his highest ever score on the popularity tracker that has been running for 20 months.
Jobs is the only Computer Hardware CEO on the tracker never to have received a negative approval rating, unlike the other CEOs in his category: IBM's Samuel Palmisano, Dell's Kevin B. Rollins, Sun's Scott G McNealy.
New to the category is HP's Robert Wayman who was named interim CEO after Carly Fiorina resigned from the company. He achieved a mere 17 per cent approval rating in February, the lowest score ever seen on the tracker (although it should be noted that he did not have a whole month to prove his worth to those voting).
