Apple's vice president of education John Couch is to be a keynote speaker at the Microcomputers in Education Conference (MEC).
He will examine the "changing demographics of education, the complexity of today's students, the millenials [defined as Americans who are under 25], and schooling."
MEC, now in its 24th year, will be held from March 15-17 at Arizona State University. The event is expected to draw more than 1,500 K-12 teachers, administrators and university educators.
The event will be sponsored by the Arizona State University Macintosh User Group and will include workshops on Final Cut Pro 4, and Mac OS X for Lab Managers.
