IBM has plans to improve Mac support in its Notes application, a senior exec has said.
Speaking to CRN, IBM general manager Mike Rhodin said that the current beta of the Mac Notes client will be "on par" on features with the Windows client.
The application offers a Mac-based user interface, and the next release will add support for IBM's light web client, iNotes.
"We have millions of Notes seats on the Mac now, and some very large customers are active in the beta and are very vocal about that," Rhodin told CRN. "The Mac is a resurgent platform."
