Epson will offer MacExpo visitors the UK's first chance to take a look at its newest products.
Making their debut at the show is Epson's F-3200 multi-format film scanner and PhotoPC P-2000 portable Multimedia Storage Viewer.
The F-3200 is a multi-format, high-quality film scanner. It's capable of scanning reflective prints of up to 4-x-6-inches, scanning 35mm film as well as 5-x-4 sheet film. The scanner also carries a built-in memory card reader, so users can scan directly to memory cards for ease of us and portability.
It's also capable of scanning film in batches while removing dust and scratches from images. The built-in LCD screen lets photographers to preview scanned images quickly and easily.
Epson's P-2000 Multimedia Storage Viewer offers a 3.8-inch display, and lets users save and see images directly from their digital camera memory card. Users can use the device's 40GB hard drive to store and view photo albums, create slide shows and connect to printers, Macs or a TV set. It can also playback movies, MP3 files and supports CompactFlash and SD memory cards.
It also hosts an A/V out for connecting the device to a TV, carries on-board mono speakers and supports Camera RAW filers from Nikon, Canon and the Epson R-D1. It connects to Mac (or PC) using USB 2.0 and costs £349 (inclusive).
