Beatware has announced e-Picture 2.0 - an update of its Web-graphics software.
This enhanced version generates animations and “multi-dimensional” Web graphics, which can be exported in a range of formats, such as Flash, SVG, animated GIF, and QuickTime.
e-Picture simplifies animation design, using a single layer approach. This “tweening” process has been enhanced in version 2.0, with accelerated motion.
The new version also has support for 3D objects and non-linear paths. Designers can import 3D models from other sources, or transform 3D text from 2D text from within the application.
Also new in version 2.0 is the ability to import graphics generated by Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand and TWAIN-compliant digital cameras and scanners directly into e-Picture for editing.
The release will be shipping by the end of the first quarter of this year.
