Macworld Expo New York organizers, IDG World Expo, have issued details regarding the six special-interest theme-areas to be introduced at the event next month.
This year’s event includes areas for enterprise, networking, and server solutions, with expanded digital-media and education areas. MacTech central, SciTech, and small-business areas will also feature.
“These pavilions have been designed to reflect some of the hottest areas of Mac technology today,” said Neil Ticktin, CEO of Xplain, a resources-management group. “Macworld attendees looking for specific solutions in areas ranging from digital-media, to education, to science and technology, will find what they need in the Macworld special-interest areas.”
Xplain will be working with IDG World Expo to manage and resource the themed areas.
Macworld Expo runs from July 15-19 at the Jacob Javits Convention Centre in New York. Apple CEO Steve Jobs will deliver a keynote speech on the morning of Wednesday July 17.
