The latest ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulation) figures for Mac magazines confirm Macworld's position as the UK Number One.

In the period July to December 1999, Macworld magazine achieved an audited average UK circulation of 29,023 - a rise of 3 per cent on the previous period. In comparison, MacUser's average issue circulation in the UK was down 1.7 per cent to 28,930, and MacFormat's was down 1.5 per cent to 23,634.

MW's total (worldwide) average circulation rose by 4 per cent to 35,260. MacFormat's worldwide sales increased by 1 per cent, MacUser's dropped 1 per cent.

On the Web side, Macworld is surging ahead, too. Page impressions for Macworld Online hit over 270,000 for the month of February (so far!), with an average 1,300,000 ad impressions per month.
