MusicExpo sounds off Thursday December 5 at Islington's Business Design Centre 2002.
Organized by International Exhibitions and Conferences, the same group who gave us MacExpo 2001, the event focuses on music technology and runs until December 7. The organizers promise the latest instruments and technologies, with a chance to learn from music-production experts.
The organizers are working to make the event as hands-on as possible. Attendees should be able to try the instruments and solutions before they buy, as well as take part in a number of special interest sessions and group jams.
The event will be organized into zones – recording, education, experts and live music zones. There'll also be a DJ competition during the show.
The organizers promise daily doses of live music from top-name artists.
More information and 5,000 pre-registration tickets are available now from the show's Web site. Information about acts, featured speakers, performers and experts will be available at a later date.
