There was little surprise when 80 per cent of all voters identified their main home printer as a colour inkjet, in a Macworld reader poll.
13 per cent of voters stated that they owned a mono laser at home, although many commented that they owned both a colour inkjet and a mono laser – the dream output team for Macworld readers.
Thermal-wax and dye-sub printers turned up in only four homes out of the 500 votes polled. Colour laser, mono inkjet and dot-matrix printers could each be found in the homes of just one per cent of all Macworld readers polled.
