Highly placed Adobe executive Susan Prescott is to join Apple as a vice president in its creative group, MacCentral reports.
Prescott has been Adobe's vice president of product management and marketing at for cross-media publishing. It is not known when Prescott will take her new position at Apple.
In the cross media-publishing department, Prescott looked after Adobe's page layout and workflow, asset-management and high-end print products. Prescott has been with Adobe for ten years.
This is the second highly placed executive Apple is known to have hired from Adobe. The company hired its vice president of developer relations Ron Okamoto from the company. Okamoto formerly worked as Adobe's vice president of product management and marketing for graphics products.
