Reaction Group is now shipping NetXposure products in the UK.
The product range includes Image Portal X and Hexafoo. These are digital asset management (DAM) solutions for Mac OS X, Windows, Solaris and Linux.
The products, (comprising the Image Portal Family of DAM solutions) differ on server platform compatibility, image repurposing capability, included modules and price. All are Web-based, sold with an unlimited user seat license, and available in six languages. The company also sells Image Portal, for Windows and Solaris servers.
Image Portal X runs on Mac OS X and Linux servers. Java Advanced Imaging is built-in. This means the system can automatically generate versions of image files based on different colour modes, sizes and file types. Web Services, WebDAV, and LDAP support also feature.
The £9,000 (including VAT) product offers new professional asset management fetaures, including: versioning, check-in/out, auto-tasking, batch tasking and PDF proofing.
Hexafoo runs on Mac OS X, Window, Solaris, and Linux servers. Unlike Image Portal X the £3,000 (including VAT) product offers no image processing capability other than thumbnail generation. New features include: versioning, check in/check out, auto-tasking, batch tasking and PDF Proofing.
