Dreamtek is offering a free Adobe After Effects seminar at Apple's UK head office in Stockley Park, near Heathrow, on March 25.
The workshop will include advice on animating layered files using After Effects, and creating QuickTime, AVI, and flash movies. Presenter Steve Holmes, a digital animator and artist, will also provide the basics of key frame animation.

Digital Photography Days Rapid Group is to hold two free digital photography and print workshops. The first will be held in Bournemouth on Wednesday April 7, the second is in London on Wednesday April 14.
The events run from 12.30–7.30pm and will feature a two-hour in-depth Adobe’s Creative Suite training seminar presented by Photoshop guru Guy Gowan.
The workshops will provide tips on Photoshop CS, importing native file formats from Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat, how to pre-RIP and print properly, understanding camera RAW, retouching and manipulation, using alpha channels, the calculations tool, and Photoshop and Illustrator integration.
Apple will provide an overview on Xserve, Xserve RAID and Mac OS X Panther 10.3 Server technology.
Adobe, Epson, HP, Apple, Xerox, and Extensis will be available to discuss the latest advances in image capture, digital workflow, colour laser and large format printing.
The workshops are designed for photographers and designers. Part of the day will focus on print solutions for graphic designers, printers, and advertising agencies.
The Bournemouth event will take place at the Connaught Hotel. The London event will be held at the Congress Centre, Tottenham Court Road.
