Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop full review
Microsoft makes a number of keyboards that are Mac-compatible, but this wireless keyboard and mouse set was specifically designed with the Mac in mind. It’s not the most stylishly designed item we’ve ever seen – in fact, the see-through grey plastic keys are actually pretty ugly.
However, the keyboard and mouse are both packed with extra buttons that you can use to launch programs quickly and speed up routine tasks. In addition to the normal row of 12 Function keys, the Wireless Laser Desktop For Mac also includes a set of keys for launching and controlling iTunes, along with a set of five ‘favourite’ keys that you can program to open any file or folder stored on your Mac. There are also keys that will automatically open email, iChat, iPhoto and Safari, and a special zoom control for magnifying photos or increasing the size of text on a web page.
