Pad & Quill full review
This is a great program for beginners: it isn’t expensive and has few options so as not to confuse you with a dizzying array of buttons. You can choose the colour and opacity of your stroke, a fill colour (if you want one – it’s set to none by default), the size and aspect of your (only) brush, and that’s about it.
But despite this, you can still produce very nice pieces of work, which will look great at any size because Quill transforms your strokes into vectored lines.
Once created, you can’t alter their basic shape, but you can move them around, change their colour and size of the stroke.
